Registration
Registration for DAS 2026 is managed through the ICDAR 2026 registration system. Authors of accepted DAS 2026 papers must ensure that their papers are covered by a valid registration in order to be included in the workshop proceedings and scheduled for presentation.

Registration Requirement for Accepted Papers
Each accepted DAS 2026 paper requires at least one author to complete a valid registration by
June 24, 2026. The registration must be completed in order for the paper to be included in the workshop proceedings.
-
Each accepted paper requires at least one author to have performed a full main conference registration (Regular registration, i.e., a student registration will not suffice) in order for the paper to be included and published in the conference or workshop proceedings.
-
One regular registration covers a maximum of three papers by the same author (this also includes workshop papers).
-
Student registration alone is not sufficient for covering an accepted paper for publication in the workshop proceedings.
-
Papers without a valid registration by the deadline may be excluded from the final workshop program and proceedings.

Authors may complete registration through the ICDAR 2026 registration portal. Depending on their participation plan, authors may select one of the applicable registration categories provided on the ICDAR 2026 registration page.
